Very good customer service! I can't say what their arrangements are like because my boyfriend broke up with me 3 days before Valentine's Day and Always in Bloom refunded my order, but they seem like super lovely people and I imagine they treat their flowers as well as their customers!
Yes she received it in good time and was thrilled with the teddy bear and beautiful flowers in a vase
