Their customer service is wonderful. My boyfriend broke up with me 3 days before Valentine's day and even though they don't normally do refunds, and even though I told them it was fine that they could deliver them anyway, they refunded me 90% of the cost.

Very good customer service! I can't say what their arrangements are like because my boyfriend broke up with me 3 days before Valentine's Day and Always in Bloom refunded my order, but they seem like super lovely people and I imagine they treat their flowers as well as their customers!
